Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to coordinate enterprise operational processes within CPES, ensuring governance and readiness across programs. You will partner with leaders to drive operational excellence, manage project plans, and deliver cross-functional execution with accountability.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and sustain process improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes or cross-functional workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to influence without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented with focus on process documentation and governance materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead the evaluation, design, standardization, and optimization of processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis and root-cause insights.
• Drive adoption of best practices, lessons learned, and governance standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, maps, workflows, and implementation materials.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate operational initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution for successful execution.
• Lead governance meetings and prepare executive-ready reporting and dashboards.
