Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes or cross-functional workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, process documentation, logs, and governance materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Identify risks, track issues, escalate as needed, and drive resolution.
• Detail-oriented with focus on process consistency and execution.
• Collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, standardization, and optimization of processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using data analysis and root cause techniques.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, maps, workflows, governance artifacts, and implementation materials.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate operational initiatives and workstreams with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive resolution of issues impacting execution.
• Lead governance meetings, track decisions, risks, and actions; prepare executive-ready reports.
