Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to coordinate enterprise operational processes within the CPES portfolio.

You will drive design, standardization, and optimization of processes, and partner with department leaders to support implementation readiness and governance across the enterprise. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, governance oversight, and executive-ready reporting, with a remote-first arrangement and an Eastern-time focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes, projects, governance activities, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications are preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, standardization, and optimization of processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using data analysis, operational insights, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Drive adoption of best practices, lessons learned, and process standards to support operational consistency and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, job aids, governance artifacts, and implementation materials.
