Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or operations consulting.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and document current business processes across client functions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, streamlining, and efficiency gains.
• Design and develop improved business processes and workflows.
• Support the implementation of process changes, including training and change management activities.
• Measure and report on the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
