Job summary

Amplytico seeks a Process Improvement Consultant to drive operational excellence across client organizations. You will identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement data-driven improvements using Lean Six Sigma, process reengineering, and change management.

You will lead end-to-end mapping, develop KPIs, and quantify financial benefits while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with senior leadership. This hybrid role requires onsite work in our San Francisco Bay Area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or related fields.
• Demonstrated analytics expertise with data modeling and visualization.
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with business process reengineering and organizational change management.
• Proven success delivering measurable process improvements with quantifiable ROI; experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership teams to identify business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping and value stream analysis to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Create detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Apply root cause analysis techniques to solve complex operational problems.
• Quantify and track financial benefits of process improvement initiatives.
• Lead client engagements from initial scoping through execution and evaluation.
• Develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps to guide business transformation.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
