Placements24 is seeking a motivated Project Manager focused on Operations in Paarl. You will plan, execute, and finalize operational improvement projects to boost efficiency and support business expansion.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a solid grasp of Lean/Six Sigma, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage budgets, and report to senior management from Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of PM experience focused on operational projects.
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in PM software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for operational initiatives, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, ensure efficient resource use.
• Analyze operational processes to identify improvements and savings.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
