Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead Lean Six Sigma BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes with measurable targets and ownership.

You will partner with technology leaders, drive DMAIC projects, document SOPs and KPI dashboards, and deliver sustainable improvements through automation and workflow tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years in a formal BPM framework, including process inventory, taxonomy, documentation, and governance.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized metrics.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded in daily operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with maximum value.
• Create clear process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
