You will partner with technology leaders to design, document, and govern optimized processes with clear owners and KPIs. The role emphasizes sustainable, measurable gains, process mapping, and governance artifacts across ISTS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
• 2+ years of experience using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity, efficiency gains, and risk reduction through standardized measurement and reporting.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with greatest value.
