CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead high‑impact process improvement initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). The role drives operational excellence through standardized processes, governance, and measurable performance.

You will partner with technology, risk, and security teams to reduce friction and strengthen controls within ISTS. The position emphasizes developing sustainable improvements using agentic workflows,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework, including governance routines.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with the greatest value potential.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation approach.
• Ensure improvements result in updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
