Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvements across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes using Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and agentic workflows, partnering with technology towers to reduce risk and boost capacity.

The role requires 5+ years in process engineering, BPM experience, and strong data-driven problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years in a formal BPM framework (documentation, governance, ownership).
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity, efficiency gains, and risk reduction with standardized metrics.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation.
