The role partners with technology leaders and risk stakeholders to reduce friction, increase capacity, and strengthen enterprise controls while maintaining agile and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance through standardized measurement.
