Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with verifiable certification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt in related industry.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into practical recommendations and gain buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide process clarity and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and functional teams to improve end-to-end performance.
• Map current and future state processes across quote-to-cash, service delivery, procurement, and financial workflows.
• Document dependencies, data, controls, and bottlenecks; identify root causes and reduce waste.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, dashboards, and control plans to sustain gains.
• Translate complex findings for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
