Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Leader to drive enterprise process improvements remotely in the United States. The role partners with executive leaders, Finance, Technology, and cross‑functional teams to improve processes, controls, reporting, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate will document current and future‑state processes, identify opportunities, and translate findings into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Verifiable Six Sigma Black Belt certification through ASQ or GE.
• 7+ years of process improvement implementation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise transformations in M&A contexts.
• 3+ years hands-on Black Belt/Master Black Belt work.
• Strong process documentation incl. maps, workflows, control plans.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• Proven KPI, scorecard, and benefit-tracking experience.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Map current‑state and future‑state processes, ownership, and handoffs.
• Identify root causes, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
• Develop clear recommendations, business cases, and plans.
• Facilitate process reviews, Kaizen events, and cross‑functional workshops.
• Define priorities with stakeholders and establish accountability.
• Maintain documentation for processes, systems, data flows, and automation.
• Assess downstream impact of proposed changes to processes and tech.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop future‑state roadmaps with priorities, risks, and outcomes.
• Connect improvement initiatives to revenue, margin, cost, EBITDA.
• Coach process owners on CI methods and Yellow Belt training.
