Myriad360 in Chicago seeks an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt to lead organization-wide process clarity, operational improvement, and systems governance. This role partners with Finance, Technology, and line leaders to improve end-to-end performance across people, processes, data, and controls.

The ideal candidate has deep Lean Six Sigma experience, strong facilitation, and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations that gain executive buy-in.

Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with verifiable certification and senior practitioner experience.
• Minimum 7 years in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Minimum 5 years leading Lean Six Sigma projects as Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with governance, portfolio management and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide process clarity and operational improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and business units to improve end-to-end performance.
• Map current-state and future-state processes across quote-to-cash, procurement, and service delivery.
• Establish Systems Governance Board and change-management processes.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, dashboards, and control plans.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executives.
