Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, analytics or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized program.
• 7+ years of experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills to support decision‑making and KPI development.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Executive communication and presentation skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and statistical analysis.
• Assess current-state workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with client business leaders to define objectives and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop charters, business cases, benefit estimates, and milestone plans.
• Use metrics to quantify defects, delays, and service‑level performance.
• Design improved workflows to increase efficiency and standardize execution.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and governance forums to drive change adoption.
• Mentor Green Belts and project managers on Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Establish control mechanisms, dashboards, and sustainment plans.
• Prepare executive updates on progress, impact, and risks.
