Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Master Black Belt to lead enterprise transactional excellence across key value streams, driving strategy, governance, and a multi-year roadmap. You will manage a team of Process Excellence Leaders, partnering with senior leaders to realize measurable value through Lean Six Sigma, process mining, and digital initiatives.

The role requires executive presence, deep Six Sigma expertise, and a track record of large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process excellence, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and/or business transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise transactional improvement portfolio from opportunity identification through implementation, control, and sustained value delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Excellence Leaders supporting enterprise value streams.
• Provide executive leaders with clear, data-driven insights into process performance, transformation progress, risks, and value realization.
• Define and implement enterprise standards for transactional processes, governance, and performance management.
• Build alignment across businesses and functions to secure sponsorship, resources, and commitment for enterprise transformation initiatives.
