Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, consulting, operations, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required and demonstrated use of Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Experience with process mapping (SIPOC, swimlane, value stream).
• Ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events or Rapid Improvement Events.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and facilitate improvement events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, redesign and enhance business processes.
• Capture outputs and drive follow-through on actions.
