Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to drive enterprise-wide optimization using Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies. You will analyse processes, pinpoint inefficiencies and implement practical, data-driven solutions across multiple functions to enhance quality, efficiency and performance.

The role blends hands-on analysis with project management, supporting training and capability-building while contributing to broader transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or similar methods.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferable.
• Strong skills in root-cause analysis, process mapping and current-state/future-state analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in a business analyst or process improvement role with ability to challenge current ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement projects across enterprise functions using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC.
• Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and propose measurable improvements.
• Conduct root-cause and current-state vs future-state analyses to uncover underlying issues.
• Interpret process data to support decisions and validate opportunities.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and foster continuous improvement practices.
• Manage improvement initiatives with structured project management and clear milestones.
• Create process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate progress and impact.
• Contribute to training and capability-building in process improvement.
• Lead smaller projects while contributing to larger transformation programs.
