Encore Capital Group is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to support the overall channel’s operations in a full-time capacity. The role involves tracking process exceptions, identifying system improvements, and driving fixes, with potential to assist in partner training and documenting channel procedures.

The position emphasizes process management, collaboration with various departments, and maintaining comprehensive documentation while delivering updates on process integrity to partners.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years experience in a project or process management role or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in project or process management.
• Preferred: 1-3 years experience in a project or process management role in a financial services related field.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies process/system shortfalls and manages the creation of fixes and enhancements.
• Helps to create program policies and procedures.
• Creates, cultivates and manages relationships across the organization to ensure current processes work as defined.
• Maintains related documentation.
• Provides regular updates on process integrity and performance to internal and external partners (as required).
