The role requires 1-3 years in project or process management, strong MS Office skills, and education including High School, with Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a project or process management role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies process/system shortfalls and creates fixes/enhancements.
• Helps to create program policies and procedures.
• Maintains related documentation and reports on process integrity to partners.
• Builds relationships across the organization to ensure processes work as defined.
