Job summary

Event Services Group is seeking a Process Manager to design, document, monitor, and continuously improve ESG's operational processes. The role provides functional leadership through process ownership and works with Department Heads to ensure practical, well-documented, and consistently adopted procedures.

You will own planning, scheduling, SOPs, reporting, training, adoption, and workflow improvement, with no direct reports but strong cross-functional influence across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, production planning, or a related field.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain SOPs, workflows, processes, or operational documentation.
• Experience with scheduling, project tracking, Gantt charts, milestones, or similar planning systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve ESG's production planning and scheduling systems.
• Develop and maintain process metrics, operational reports, dashboards, and planning tools for leadership.
• Train employees and Department Heads on SOPs, workflows, scheduling systems, and tools.
• Monitor process adoption and provide additional training or support as needed.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives through planning, implementation, and follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-department processes and escalate issues when necessary.
