Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Process Manager to develop and implement end-to-end internal processes supporting new product delivery and lifecycle management. You will ensure clear ownership across functions, draft and validate workflows, and coordinate across engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

The role involves stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and readiness support for early adopters, with a focus on documentation using MS Word and Visio.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; non-degree considered with 12+ years experience.
• Willingness to travel (6-20%) and occasional overnight stays.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle for work (<20% per week) and travel between locations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process-improvement certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and customer-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end internal processes for new product delivery and support lifecycles.
• Define, align, and own process ownership with clear accountability across functions.
• Draft, validate, and finalize processes to bring new delivery services to market.
• Coordinate process-related information among engineering, sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze data to identify current processes.
• Support readiness for early adopters and optimize procedures based on feedback.
• Facilitate process review sessions to drive adoption of new workflows.
• Create clear documentation for customers and internal teams using MS Word and Visio.
• Prepare processes for North American release with aim to expand globally.
• Present insights and strategic plans to leadership.
