Qualifications

• 7+ years in process improvement or related field.
• Experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process analysis and improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and process mapping.
• Lead process excellence projects from initiation to completion.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Stay current on industry best practices and drive innovative solutions.
