Job summary

Walmart in Woodland, PA is seeking a Process Improvement professional to lead performance enhancements at a Distribution Center. You will drive improvements through the Walmart Performance System (WPS) and scale best practices across the network.

You will lead loss elimination initiatives, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and partner with operations leaders to standardize and replicate successful improvements. A strong coaching mindset will help develop teams across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead loss elimination initiatives using process improvement methodologies.
• Analyze KPIs to reduce process variation and drive improvement.
• Deploy WPS and standardize best practices across the network.
• Coach area managers and associates in process improvement.
