Walmart is seeking a Quality Excellence leader in Smyrna, DE, to drive process improvement within a Distribution Center using Walmart Performance System tools. You will lead KPI-focused projects, apply Six Sigma methodologies, and mentor team members to reduce quality losses and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 3 years' experience in Quality or Process Improvement or 5 years in Engineering with Lean Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated project ownership delivering long-term savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement projects within the area and deliver KPI improvements.
• Apply 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma and time-and-motion studies to reduce losses.
• Develop and maintain area quality loss profiles and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor associates.
