Job summary

Sam's Club in Perris, CA is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement professional to lead tool-driven initiatives in a Walmart Performance System (WPS) environment within the Distribution Center. You will drive 5S/root-cause analysis, time-and-motion studies, and value stream mapping to reduce losses and variation while delivering measurable KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of process or value stream simulation and ability to drive sustainable savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects within the distribution center and drive KPI analytics and loss elimination.
• Develop and promote standard work to reduce process variation and ensure consistency across teams.
• Lead and mentor area managers and associates in WPS program deployment and continuous improvement.
