Job summary

The ideal candidate is entry-level with 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is eager to learn and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular, structured process audits on the manufacturing floor to verify SOP adherence and document deviations.
• Identify process gaps and root causes using structured problem-solving methods and collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to develop corrective actions.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions through follow-up audits and performance metrics.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives and assist in updating SOPs and training materials.
