Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience; internship or co-op a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular process audits on the manufacturing floor to verify SOPs and work instructions are followed.
• Apply structured root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, 8D) and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to develop corrective actions.
• Monitor action effectiveness through follow-up audits and performance metrics; support lean manufacturing and SOP improvements.
