Job summary

Hayes Company is seeking a Business Process Analyst for 100% onsite work in Forney, TX. You will create and maintain process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts) and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required: 1–3 years in Process Analysis / Operations, Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Visio/Lucidchart. Lean and change-management exposure are essential; ERP/WMS/CRM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Visio/Lucidchart and strong writing skills.
• Lean concepts and change-management exposure.
• Nice to have ERP/WMS/CRM exposure; basic Excel/BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current state process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts).
• Collaborate with departments to map workflows and improve processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Coordinate training and conduct regular process reviews.
