Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Experience leading software implementations and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or transportation groups preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including vendors and partners.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience presenting status and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, risk assessments, and status reporting.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committee reviews, working sessions, and executive updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance and accountability across internal and external teams.
• Maintain visibility into project health and address risks, issues, and constraints.
• Coordinate technology activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, networking, and support teams.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technology workstreams and plans.
• Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
