Job summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Business Process Analyst to develop and maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role is on-site and requires residency in the Dallas metro area.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map workflows, create SOPs, and measure process performance using KPIs, driving standardization across sites and shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Process Analysis / Operations.
• Proficiency with Visio/Lucidchart with strong writing and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of Lean concepts with exposure to change management.
• Nice to have ERP/WMS/CRM exposure; basic Excel/BI (PowerBI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current state process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, manuals, and training materials, ensuring consistency and accessibility of the knowledgebase library.
• Manage documentation version control and repository hygiene.
• Support Continuous Improvement events (Kaizen, 5S); track actions and quantify benefits under guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to map workflows and design optimized processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes using KPIs, addressing issues and making necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate training logistics and materials for rollouts; collect user feedback.
• Conduct regular process reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement and drive the standardization of processes across sites and shifts.
