Qualifications

3-7 years of experience with enterprise SaaS applications, integrations, or related systems.
Strong SQL skills to investigate data issues, validate results, and troubleshoot.
Experience with troubleshooting application, data, and basic integration issues in a production environment.
Ability to develop strong functional understanding of supported systems and business processes.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, software vendors, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical and functional support resource for assigned SaaS-based business applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production application issues impacting operations.
Manage application configuration changes, user access requests, and governance-aligned support activities.
Support integrations and data mappings across SaaS platforms and internal systems.
Document integration behavior, data mappings, and known issues; maintain runbooks.
