Job summary

FNA Group, based in Mesquite, TX, seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement / Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across manufacturing, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize flow.

You will partner with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to embed lean principles, lead Kaizen events, map value streams, and develop SOPs with strong KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IE/ME/Manufacturing Eng or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, CI or process improvement.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects from concept to sustainment.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Develop standard work, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Partner with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve performance.
• Support defect reduction and built-in quality initiatives with QA teams.
• Present status, results, and recommendations to plant leadership.
