Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to identify, document business needs and objectives.
• Identifies issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Uses interviews, workshops, surveys, and storyboards to gather requirements.
• Develops and documents process models with standard notation and tools.
• Translates user requirements into functional specifications.
• Prioritizes requirements with business and delivery teams.
• Creates process documentation and guidelines including SOPs and workflows.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
