• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Demonstrated adaptability, creativity and teamwork.
• Experience in process mapping, facilitation, and improvement.
• ERP experience and data analysis/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and facilitation efforts to optimize university business processes.
• Document processes, identify opportunities, and support project/change management.
• Draft documentation and training materials and support training delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical and functional staff for requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new procedures and systems.
