ClearStar, Inc. seeks an Operations Excellence Analyst to drive enterprise-wide process documentation, standardization, and measurement. You will partner with business units to map current-state processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement across the organization.

The role emphasizes analytics, collaboration, and change management to enable standardized performance management and scalable process improvement, anchored by strong Excel and BI tool comfort.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations excellence.
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings to stakeholders across departments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and business units, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes and identify improvements across the enterprise.
• Gather, document, and validate cross-functional business requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for standardization.
• Develop enterprise-wide process standards, frameworks, and playbooks.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across business units to surface pain points and improvements.
• Track, measure, and report outcomes of process excellence initiatives at an enterprise level.
