Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC in Houston seeks a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to own integrated water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions from design through commissioning. You will guide a team of Process Engineers, balance technical risk with commercial viability, and present Veolia’s capabilities to clients.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple processes, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; advanced degrees considered.
• Experience in process engineering focused on water, wastewater or waste treatment systems.
• Proven leadership capability with ability to connect people and align teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram (PFD), flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees.
• Set the process strategy for the project, including the design basis and safety factors.
• Coordinate Process Engineers; define deliverables and schedules and ensure quality.
• Evaluate unit process interactions and risks with the project team.
• Serve as the lead technical contact for customers and internal functions.
• Represent Veolia’s expertise through customer and conference presentations.
