• Learn corn wet milling processes and related systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Reliable transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations groups, including process studies and troubleshooting.
• Work on capital permits, projects, and engineering studies to support plant goals.
• Manage projects up to $50k and 1-2 years in compliance with safety and ethics standards.
• Conduct process training and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Support plant safety initiatives in redesigning work processes.
• Stay current with new technologies and evaluate ideas to improve efficiency.
