Job summary

RINA is seeking a Process Engineer in Houston, TX or Chicago/Lisle, IL to support oil products storage terminal projects. You will develop process deliverables, perform hydraulic calculations, and coordinate across engineering disciplines.

The role requires a Master’s in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in process engineering, with familiarity in PFDs, P&IDs, and process safety reviews. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in Process Engineering for oil/gas terminals or energy infra.
• Experience in hydraulic calculations and process simulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering activities for terminal projects per design criteria.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, HP calculations, and equipment datasheets.
• Coordinate interfaces with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support design reviews, safety, and commissioning activities.
