Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Process Engineer to drive out losses by developing standards and systems for the manufacturing process. You will support daily production activities and help build long-term capability in equipment, processes, and technicians.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technical experts, other functions, and multiple sites to identify best solutions and enable targets across production lines and supporting areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate losses and inefficiencies on the production line.
• Collaborate with technical experts and other sites to implement best solutions.
• Develop and deliver learning programs to train technicians.
• Create and improve standards to meet production targets across processes.
• Work with state-of-the-art automated equipment and start up new initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support to maintenance, quality, and warehouse areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
