Job summary

Centrisys/CNP is an established centrifuge manufacturer seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Wisconsin. You will develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes from inception to start-up, applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve yield and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Agricultural/Biological Systems or chemical field.
• 3–5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing preferred; training for recent graduates available.
• Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement and project management.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Hands-on prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception to startup and certification.
• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing to bring new products to production.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and test plans.
• Provide technical support to production teams during manufacturing.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout design and development.
