Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Process Engineer to drive out losses by developing standards and systems for the manufacturing process. You will support daily production activities and help build long-term capability in equipment, processes, and technicians.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technical experts, other functions, and multiple sites to identify best solutions and enable targets across production lines and supporting areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field is required.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

What does a Process Engineer do at Swire Coca Cola?

Process Engineers lead the work of identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. They build long‑term capability into the manufacturing process, systems, and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to identify and create best solutions.
• Creating learning programs and coaching/training of technicians.
• Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for manufacturing both on the production line and within supporting areas (i.e. maintenance, quality, warehouse).
• Understanding and working with state‑of‑the‑art automated equipment.
• Delivery and start‑up of initiatives, projects, and new equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
