Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Project Engineer to direct and manage CAPEX projects across multiple sites. You will oversee scope, bids, schedule, and budgets, while coordinating with maintenance and production to improve equipment efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 8 years of related experience), strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and SAP for purchase orders. Travel up to 50% is possible, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
• Strong engineering knowledge across electrical, plumbing, water handling, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with city/state requirements and ISO quality standards in beverages.
• Experience with SAP for purchase orders and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage CAPEX projects across multiple sites.
• Oversee safety, scope, bids/quotes, schedule, and total project budget.
• Maintain as-built drawings, plant blueprints, and permitting.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to improve equipment performance.
• Coordinate equipment installs and OEM commissioning; manage vendor relationships.
