Qualifications include a STEM or related degree and manufacturing experience; travel is substantial as part of the role. The candidate will work with automated equipment and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical experts and other sites to identify best solutions.
• Create learning programs and coach technicians.
• Develop and improve standards to meet manufacturing targets.
• Work with state-of-the-art automated equipment.
• Deliver and start-up initiatives, projects and new equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
