Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Process Engineer to lead loss reduction and standard development across production lines and processing areas. The role supports daily manufacturing activities and builds long-term capability in processes, systems, and technicians.

Qualifications include a STEM or related degree and manufacturing experience; travel is substantial as part of the role. The candidate will work with automated equipment and drive continuous improvement.

What does a Process Engineer do at Swire Coca Cola?

Process Engineers lead the work of identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. They build long-term capability into the manufacturing process, systems, and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to identify and create best solutions.
• Creating learning programs and coaching/training of technicians.
• Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for manufacturing both on the production line and within supporting areas (i.e. maintenance, quality, warehouse).
• Understanding and working with state-of-the-art automated equipment.
• Delivery and start-up of initiatives, projects, and new equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 75% Travel required
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or business-related field required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• The ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment
