Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Project Engineer to lead CAPEX initiatives across multiple sites, directing scope, bids, schedules, and budgets.

You will coordinate permits, drawings, and OEM commissioning while working with Maintenance and Production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. The role requires strong vendor management, project leadership, and adherence to safety and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years without a degree; HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of engineering specs: electrical, plumbing, water handling, mechanical, automation.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards in a beverage environment.
• Knowledge of SAP for purchase orders.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage CAPEX projects across sites.
• Oversee safety and project execution with vendors/contractors.
• Maintain scope, bids, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate permits and as-built drawings/records.
• Improve equipment capability and plant performance.
• Work with Maintenance and Production to enhance equipment reliability.
• Lead OEM commissioning and vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Budget ownership for each project and asset registry.
