Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years of practical process knowledge in elastomer and/or extrusion manufacturing.
• 4+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with automated measurement tools.
• Willingness to work hands-on on projects without supervision.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, project management, FMEAs, and quality systems.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Refine and enhance processes using Lean principles to improve productivity and quality.
• Identify and implement solutions for safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions.
• Develop innovative manufacturing solutions including process analysis and equipment integration.
• Lead capital equipment investments and manage project implementations.
• Share knowledge and collaborate across teams on projects.
