Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation seeks a Process Engineering Technician in Woburn, MA to support process engineers, collect data, and review equipment and processes in a LEAN manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safety, ergonomics, and continuous improvement as part of high-performance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of lean tools, and strong technical writing skills. Shift is 2:15PM–10:45PM, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required.
• GED or High School Diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; lean tools and PPAP exposure a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
• Strong math, reading, writing and computer skills; good technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost reduction and productivity improvements via continuous improvement projects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support PPAP activities and process documentation updates.
• Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Train operators and staff on new equipment and processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs, work instructions, and batch cards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
