Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field and 8+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering concepts and ability to apply them to multiple solution lines.
• Ability to conceptualize and deploy mechanical equipment and automated systems using solid modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures complex and advanced processes to improve assembly and production of Parker products.
• Leads process-improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, yield, safety and cost.
• Recommends design concepts to engineering leadership to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensures processes comply with regulatory standards across multiple product lines.
• Investigates and resolves quality issues to ensure product integrity.
• Assists with additional responsibilities as assigned.
