• Strong leadership and communication to align and execute a vision across teams.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with strong prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.

• Oversees planning and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling; manages project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (design, quality, supply chain) to improve processes.

• Optimizes utilization of manufacturing systems and guides upgrades and technology selection.
• Leads capital budgeting and manages capital projects and spending.
